Each additional bed: € 15,00 daily
Baby's crib: € 5,00 daily
Winter heating: € 10,00 daily


Included in the price: water, electricity and gas, final cleaning, weekly change of the bed linen and the towels, free admittance to the swimming pool.
The apartments are rent from Saturday to Saturday, unless a different agreement with the manager.

Conditions:

A payment in advance of 30% is requested for the bookings already made. In case of cancellation of the booking or absence of the customer the above-said advance payment will be kept by the manager as a down payment.

The caution money of € 100,00 for any damages to things will be paid by the customer at the arrival and given back at the departure.


The admittance to the apartments is from 3 to 7 p.m., the leaving not before 10 a.m.
